Subscription Invoicing:
Once you complete the HP/Works Application form, your Organisation will become a member of HP/Works, the HP Technical Computing User Group, with you as the named Primary Contact.
A subscription invoice for membership covering up until December this year will be sent to you unless you are joining in September or later in the year, in which case membership for the current year is free. Where an invoice is issued, please note that payment is required within 30 days. In some circumstances, we have found it necessary to issue late payment invoices to cover the cost of chasing late payments.
You will be subscribing to our services on an ongoing basis. Your membership will remain in force and you will be invoiced annually until you notify us in writing that you wish to cancel. A new invoice will be issued AUTOMATICALLY for future years at the end of each previous year.
Cancellation of Membership:
If for any reason your Organisation wishes to cancel its HP/Works membership you will need to contact the Company Co-ordinator at the address given above. A credit note can be issued on request.
Membership cancellations received after the membership subscription invoice date for that year, will incur a charge related to part-payment of the membership subscription for that year. Cancellations received more than six months after the date of invoicing will incur the full year's subscription charge. It is therefore vital that you contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your membership at any time.
Extra Contact Names:
If colleagues in your Organisation, using exactly the same address as yourself, would like Newsletters and other information to be sent directly to them, then please add them to your membership as an Extra Contact at £30 + VAT per name. Use of this facility will ensure that HP/Works information and services are distributed throughout your Organisation efficiently. Please use the Application Form to give us the details and you will be invoiced accordingly.
Information Updates:
Once you become a member of HP/Works, we would be very grateful if you could keep us up to date with any changes that you need us to make eg contact names, company name, address etc. You may pass your membership on at any time to a colleague, but please ensure that we have the new primary contact name.
Once an organisation joins HP/Works, anyone from that organisation can attend HP/Works training courses and other events at the special member rates.
Your membership number will appear on your address label each time we write to you.
