Fees Membership of the User Group is open to all who own or have an interest in HP products. All we ask is an annual registration fee, currently £120 plus UK Value Added Tax (17.5%) for corporate membership. Additional contacts may be added at a cost of £35 + VAT per name, to ensure a wider distribution of information within your organisation. Corporate membership allows anyone contactable through the same address of a member organisation to attend HP/Works events at members' rates. Individual membership is also available at just £95 + VAT per annum. These subscriptions are renewable each December for the following year.

You are subscribing to our services on an ongoing basis. Your membership will remain in force and you will be invoiced annually until you notify us in writing that you wish to cancel. Membership cancellations received after the membership subscription invoice date for that year may incur a charge related to part- or full-payment of the membership subscription for that year. By subscribing to HP/Works you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of Membership.
