the challenges faced by IT managers in a mixed environment will be discussed.

The main points covered will be: Understanding the Technology - What is UNIX and Windows NT? / What are the Objectives of Business / The move towards decentralised servers - Windows NT Domains / What are the job roles / What skills need to be acquired - Core competencies / Training and Education needs for the Environment.
