What is Ignite/UX? - It is the process used to download HP-UX and applications onto a system's disk reliably and quickly: The process boots the target system with a known version of HP-UX from a source other than the target system / It interacts with the operator through a GUI to determine the hardware and software configuration for the target system / It copies HP-UX from the boot location to target disk including language environment, reboots from the target disk and runs any necessary configuration scripts.
